The prime responsibility of the Director of Operations is to lead and support business development of a defined territory with a focus on employee development, service quality, development of a consultation and sales focus within each location, and execution to brand standards, all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth. A successful Operations Director will drive consistent growth in metrics, low employee turnover, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders. The Operations Director is a general management role that oversees all facets of our group strategies and tactics within their defined territory.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, believe in, and uphold our Mission, Vision and ValuesDevelop a thorough understanding of company services and products.Develop location managers that understand and can cultivate a culture of coaching, care, support and equity in all locations.Development of an operations organization through coaching, goal setting, and delegation to ensure a culture of focus on people development. Continuously train managers in soft skills, business acumen and metrics to strive for professional development.Ensures all locations are performing in each functional area of the business including service quality, a consultation and sales focus, and consistent execution to brand standards.Conducts location visits within assigned territory on a monthly basis, as defined by the organization, and as needed to drive successful results.Grow active member base, membership dues, enhancements, retail, skincare volume, service volume, and guest count through training, focus and coaching. Maintains continuous review of all key performance indicators to drive the success of their business.Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues with locations while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization.Promotes and implements new products, services and initiatives.Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunitiesPrepare and deliver timely and accurate financial and service performance reports and updates.Implement business development plans with lower performing locations.Drive operating capabilities that exceed company goals and support consumer and employee satisfactionReview of all Operational Standards Reviews and Location Visit notes to recognize strong performance and address any operational gaps.Ensure all locations and staff are current on all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations.Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls

RequirementsAbility to travel (up to 80%)Strong analytical and communications skillsExperience in a multi-unit leadership role (preferred)
