Position Summary

Partners with leaders to evaluate change management opportunities and lead change management initiatives across Shared Services. Provides consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices. Identifies and partners with leaders to craft communications and provide training opportunities. Facilitates an understanding of initiatives to garner support for change. Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of change management execution, with a focus on process improvement. Develops and maintains relationships to deliver desired impact and results. Incorporates OCM Methodology into existing governance processes. Identifies and incorporates industry change management best practices.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $109,000 Bay Area Maximum: $175,000
