What you'll do
- Provides day to day support for Workday configurations including researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday configuration issues
- Architect Workday solutions using all Workday functionality
- Lead large scale Workday configuration projects of from start to finish (including implementation of new modules)
- Works directly with key business users and stakeholders to gather requirements for configurations
- Own the full configuration development life cycle that includes requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintain
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of configurations
- Mentors and guides team members and peers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workday Configurations Analyst with a focus on HR systems.
