Responsibilities

•Contact customers to collect outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner.
•Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
•Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers to resolve overdue accounts.
•Collaborate with the Finance manager to reconcile customer accounts and address any discrepancies.

Qualifications

•2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
•Proficient in accounting skills as determined by assessment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
