Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and authorizing collection claims submitted to the Firm.
  • Drafting and executing legal documents to ensure timely progression of cases.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with courts, opposing legal representatives, and clients for effective case oversight.
  • Assisting in the management and supervision of cases, including oversight of exceptions and queues.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A valid license and good standing with the Alabama Bar.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Alabama Civil Practice law.
