The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all functions relating to the Warehouse and the receiving and delivering of products.

Many of the responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to: Trucks and Drivers Routing Staging Pulling Items Coordinating return pick ups and bring back from client Training and Ride alongside biannually with drivers Monthly 1 on 1 with drivers Hiring and training of drivers Develop team to improve communication and performance Collecting info on trucks, mileage, maintenance, washes, damages, licenses Managing maintenance on trucks Develop morning cadence to load and launch Manage warehouse team and logistics team Warehouse Receiving and Organization Receiving all products, paper, and furniture Identifying ways to improve delivery experience and support growth of sales Communicate daily and weekly with Directors and executive Team. General Overview: This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
