What Makes a FirstCash HR Coordinator:
The Human Resources Coordinator closely with other members of the HR team to provide support in policy administration, workers' compensation and unemployment claims administration with a focus on workers' compensation claims. You will also be the main contact for supporting both corporate offices for administrative needs.
Specific Job Description
- Maintains positive employee relations/practices and provides policy interpretation as necessary.
- Manages the workers' compensation and unemployment claims process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Has no direct or indirect reports
- Work is performed under moderate direction.
- Participates in determining objectives of assignments.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Human Resources; sound knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Solid organizational ability, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and strong customer service skills Intermediate PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to exercise effective judgment; relies on experience to accomplish goals and objectives
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
