Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our organization by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers to join our team. You will work closely with our Schedulers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a steady pipeline of talented candidates to meet our growing demand for services
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Office Manager and Schedulers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach.
- Makes significant outbound calls and successfully converts those calls to interviews,
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and orientations.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Comfortable with learning various computer programs and ability to work with Microsoft Office/Excel
