Summary of Role:
A Talent Advisor as you apply industry & Recruiting knowledge to translate the business strategy while crafting the talent priorities. You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends, market changes, and talent competitors, while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Perform full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and extending offers.
- Establish partnership with Hiring Managers to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts
- Source active and passive qualified talent, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment.
- Conduct interviews and provide Hiring Managers with detailed notes.
- In partnership with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers manage the offer process.
- Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System. Help maintain critical reporting and tracking metrics.
- Great technical acumen and ability to learn new systems and technology. Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through. Position is site based (3 days in office).
Basic Qualifications"
- Minimum 3 years’ experience recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Serve as a strategic Recruiter / talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
- Develop a keen understanding of Lantheus long and short-term strategies, with special focus on its different growth drivers.
- Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline.
- Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
- Work on the complete end to end recruitment process internal clients. Advocate for DEI strategies and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.
- Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and "sell" the company to passive and active talent. Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies.
- Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & implement sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.
