Job Summary: Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, email, or chat to provide basic technical problem resolution. Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Duties/Responsibilities: Work a hybrid schedule both remote and onsite at our Pittsburgh office Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat from customers regarding technical support, billing, and domain registration services Monitor tasks on the dashboard to support the team in quickly resolving tickets Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with a computer and technologies such as Google Office Suite Preferred Education and Experience: Familiarity with Apache, PHP, DNS, MySQL, and email technologies Familiarity with Ubuntu Pay Range: $18 - $20 USD / hour Medical Coverage Employer Paid Dental and Vision Coverage Employer Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage Employer Paid and Voluntary Life Insurance 401(k) Saving Plan Paid Vacations and 14 Paid Holidays Opportunities for Flexible Work Arrangements Educational Opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
