Responds to customer inquiries and issues with thoroughness, professionalism, & in a timely manner. Efficiently processes administrative tasks as assigned, adjusting workload for occasional outbound calling or data input projects. Essential Duties: · Be able to communicate professionally with both English speaking and Spanish speaking clients (Native level fluency required in

reading/writing/speaking) · Outbound/inbound calling projects · Answering incoming calls and fielding appropriately through an automatic dialer · Transfers viable leads to My Senior Health Plan Inc. sales team · Completes intake of prospect and client data through CRM (Salesforce). · Data entry of incoming leads · General data input · Respond to client emails · Customer service · Organizes, files, and faxes applications and documents · Back-up to all Administrative functions · Working closely with the Administrative Team to continue development

Requirements:

Must-haves: Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of) +3 years of

administrative/clerical
