**About the Role:**

Customer service is the heartbeat of PREMIER Bankcard. We depend on our Customer Service Professionals to represent our brand & services while helping our customers reach their goals.

You will be an advocate to customers reaching out for support, fielding inbound calls, troubleshooting inquiries, and solving customer needs & concerns.

**Comprehensive Training:**

To ensure youre equipped for success, we deliver an extensive **paid training program**, up to 3 weeks in length. We also offer ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Full & Part-Time shifts are available**

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Part-time hours:

Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Various split shifts available upon request
