In this position, will report directly to the Sr. Manager Environmental Health and Safety. The security supervisor will implement security policies, standards, guidelines and programs across his or her area of responsibility, product lines and facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of all facilities
•Assist with emergency and crisis management response
•Function as an investigative resource for security, human resources and compliance
•Assist with guard force management
•Develop, implement and maintain security processes and strategies to reduce financial and asset loss
•Assist with executive protection and travel security
•Coordinate and manage preventative programs and services to protect against business disruptions
•Communicate status of security issues impacting local or regional processes
•Develop collaborative relationships; provide expertise, technical guidance, and training to ensure effective security services
•Other duties as required

•Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations
•Solid project management skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills

•Travel to outlying plants in region as needed

Qualifications and Experience:
•University degree or above preferred
•Former Military or Law Enforcement preferred
•PSP preferred or the willingness to become certified within the first 6 months
•Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in a Security-related field, preferably with administrative and supervisory responsibility.
•Good communication and teamwork skills, good problem-solving skills.
•Strong sense of responsibility, highly motivated, forward thinking, and proactive.
