We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals in York, PA. As a Water & Wastewater Project Manager, you are responsible for:
  • Managing environmental water/wastewater projects
  • Preparing project designs and reports
  • Preparing and administering construction contracts
  • Managing financial resources and project profitability
  • Completing project permitting requirements
  • Client relationship management and development activities
  • Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget
  • Providing project review, QA/QC, and compliance to client specific requirements
Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis

•Pennsylvania P.E. licensure

•5+ years' project experience involving:
  • Design of water distribution and treatment systems
  • Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes
  • Hydraulics
  • On lot systems
  • Environmental assessments
•Minimum 1-4 years project management experience
  • Ability to provide timely project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

•Previous experience with:
  • Computer modeling of water systems
  • Hydraulic design software
  • PA DEP regulations
•Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices

•Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
