Job Description: Water and Wastewater Licensed Engineer or Project Manager Join Spencer Ogden's Water and Wastewater team, and make a significant impact This position can be based in either Washington or Oregon.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate project teams and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as necessary. Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking events.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington or Oregon. 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering and project management. Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, systems, and design principles. Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Washington or Oregon. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
