About the Role:As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, while building long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will act as a "greenfield hunter," diving into untapped markets, leveraging digital platforms, and developing referral sources to achieve ambitious sales goals.In this high-impact role, you'll deliver tailored value propositions to clients that drive success. We provide you with the tools to thrive, including uncapped commissions and incentives for onboarding monthly recurring customers.

Uncapped commission potential, expected to earn:
Good Sales Performers: $100k-$150k+
Great Sales Performers: $150k-$220k+
Top Sales Performers: $220k-$500k+
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in business development or technical sales (SaaS or mobility preferred), with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Relationship Builder: Experience converting cold leads and engaging C-suite decision makers in Fortune 2000 companies.
- Technical Aptitude: Knowledge in mobility, SD-WAN, or wireless WAN networking is a plus.
- Problem Solver: You foresee issues, take initiative, and tackle challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrives under deadlines, enjoys prioritizing, and excels in delivering correct results efficiently.
- Customer-Centric: Driven to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and continuous success.
- Strong presentation skills: Comfortable using PowerPoint and conducting remote and in-person presentations.
- Experience working with Tier 1 carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T).
- Familiarity with Copper CRM for managing sales activities and contacts.
