The Analyst, Advertiser Success plays a critical role in welcoming new self-service advertisers into the Orange Apron Media advertising ecosystem. The primary goal of this individual is to provide best-in-class supplier experience by building relationships through strategic partnership. The Analyst, Advertiser Success provides hands-on campaign activation training to new suppliers and leverages data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for maximizing their retail media investment at The Home Depot. This individual will partner cross-functionally to ensure that each of our platforms is optimized for ease of onboarding and provides an excellent advertising experience to our suppliers.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact, highly visible team that's reshaping digital advertising in the world's largest home improvement retailer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 15% Collaboration - Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders on shared goals. Includes providing platform training to cross-functional groups.
  • 70% Managing Supplier Relationship - Manage supplier relationship in Orange Apron Media platform, including onboarding suppliers into the system, identifying strategic opportunities aligned with business goals, making recommendations to suppliers, and problem-solving. Includes building, implementing, and routinely evaluating processes and platforms in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • 15% Platform Troubleshooting - Identify technological, operational, or other challenges with various platforms and recommend creative solutions aligned with business goals.

Physical Requirements:
