* Handle all facets of human resources in the plant including but not limited to hiring and firing, training and development, labor / employee relations, employee satisfaction, labor compliance& performance evaluation.

* Directly reporting to the President and Plant Operations Consultant.

* Directly collaborate with Corporate HR to align compliance with the processes and procedures.

* Create / draft new policies needed for plant operations. Review and update existing policy when needed.

*Ensure 100% labor compliance and zero (0) labor cases.

*Attend to employee grievances / disputes and address issues accordingly.

*Manage and monitor performance of manpower service providers.

* Handle and prepare ISO certificate requirements for annual audit.

* implement company policies and procedures accordingly. Address critical issues with Corp. HR and with the Management.

* Monitor performance review for probationary employees and annual performance review for regular employees in coordination with department heads / managers.

* Address and manage plant issues related to admin and human resources accordingly.

* conduct training needs analysis and recommend training programs for plant personnel in coordination with Corp. HR.

* Discuss manpower needs with department heads and ensure deployment of approved manpower request on a timely manner.

*Monitor and develop program for employee engagement and satisfaction.

*Handle ISO certification and compliance in coordination with other departments.

* preparation of documents for audit requirements.

* Execute corporate events with alignment with Corporate HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

8 hour shift
