OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support in recruiting, new hire tracking, on-boarding, project management, file maintenance, and employee morale. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and the delivery of excellent HR services to associates.

Salary: $40,000+, to be determined based on experience and qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Recruiting

  • Responsible for coordination of domestic and international recruiting efforts including:
    • Posting positions
    • Reviewing resumes
    • Screening applicants
    • On-site interviews
    • Hiring recommendations
    • Working with hiring leaders to select a candidate
    • Applying compensation strategies to recommend an offer amount
    • Making the offer for employment
    • Managing pre-screen process
Onboarding
  • Responsible for successful on-boarding for all domestic and international new hires
  • Coordination of pre-hire date processes for IT, service center, and business services set-up
  • Send on-boarding reminders to leaders and prepare both the leader and the new hire for the on-boarding process
  • Draft all offer letters, employment contracts, and appropriate paperwork for the new hire
  • Conduct new hire orientation webinar for each new hire and collect all new hire paperwork
HR Admin
  • Able to form relationships with leaders and associates and contribute in a positive way to the company culture
  • Assist with associate questions and morale events as needed
  • Advise leaders of proper HR policies and practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Your Experience (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
Your Additional Skills and Abilities
  • Works effectively with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
  • Self-motivated, focused and detail oriented
