Sales Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Floor Manager at ASRV. You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet strategic objectives.
The Retail Floor Manager will also be responsible for improving and facilitating the needs of a fast-growing business by continuously improving retail business operations and developing new ways to help ASRV become an industry leader in the retail space.

Ultimately, the Retail Floor Manager will help the Store Manager in ensuring that day-to-day function is running smoothly and efficiently while upholding the ASRV Customer Experience standard.
Responsibilities Be on top of daily store maintenance and sales strategies
Assist in recruiting and hiring qualified retail associates when applicable
Lead the retail associates in daily maintenance of store.
Input all Quality Issues into spreadsheet and adjust inventory accordingly.
Handle all returns.
Determine how to continually enhance the ambiance and in-person interactions in order to provide an unmatched customer experience.
Inventory management.
Rearrange the store at any given time if there's a noticeable decline in customer interest or decrease in sales of a certain section of the store.
Uphold an inspirational, calm, patient, positive, understanding, approachable, and motivating demeanor at all times so that energy radiates onto the employees.
Have a detailed understanding of ASRVs Customer Experience protocols and mindset.
Have a general understanding of our branding.
Learn how to respond to CX emails and know how to handle all inquiries.
Ensure all associates are performing their tasks on a daily basis.
Ensure store is immaculate at all times.
Reporting any issues, suggestions, or aspects of the store that are running well to Store Manager.
Qualifications Highly collaborative self-starter that embraces change and high-level thinking
Leadership level communication and strategic decision-making skills for short-term and long-term goals
Experience in creative, brand-driven, and fast-paced environment
Experience with true understanding of team needs and potential and partnering with leadership
Passionate about team leadership, growth, and expansion
Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance
Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
Requirements Minimum 3-5 years experience in consumer product/eCommerce (B2C), preferably in the fitness and apparel industry
Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in the fitness and apparel industry
Open availability including evenings, weekends & holidays
Good system knowledge in back-office software systems
