About the Role:

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. In this role, the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) leader is responsible for the strategy and operations of Gore's talent acquisition lifecycle. This position will have a global scope, working with our TA teams in Gore's operating companies as well as leading a center TA team. The Global TA leader will be responsible for the continued evolution of Gore's recruiting process, use of talent acquisition tools and methods, and management of the articulation and effectiveness of Gore's employer brand. The Global TA Leader should possess strong business knowledge, project management experience, exhibit strong communication skills, understand the nuances of recruiting across traditional and digital channels, and have strong leadership skills to efficiently and cost-effectively assure a high caliber workforce that will support Gore's future growth objectives.

This position will be located at our facility in Newark, Delaware, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities: Define the Global Talent Acquisition strategy that cost effectively delivers sources for drawing a strong candidate pool, such as, posting openings online, with professional organizations and other appropriate venues in alignment with Enterprise and Business needs Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identify process efficiencies, gaps and determine go forward process plans, i.e., identify and implement "best practices" and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes worldwide Analyze current and future international talent acquisition needs, develop plan to build the company's talent acquisition function, including the determination of best model to use (what combination of in-source/ outsource, etc.) for a comprehensive hiring and recruitment brand strategy Manage effectively and efficiently Talent Acquisition operations including working with external vendors, driving recruiting initiatives like assessment tools, employment branding, employee referral program, interview skills training, etc., managing college talent acquisition program and develop robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness Develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders across a range of disciplines and geographies to source, identify and recruit top candidates for immediate and growth needs Manage hiring efforts for Executive positions and other positions identified as key to the business Provide thought leadership to the business on Talent Acquisition and HR practices and stay current and informed on industry best practices including new and innovative talent acquisition strategies, systems, and technologies Lead a global team to provide world class Talent Acquisition capability to the business Manage and develop talent acquisition capability within the organization by hiring, training, and mentoring team members within a global, fast-paced, distributed, high growth environment Be an active member of Gore's HR Leadership team, representing the TA functional expertise and champion our HR strategy and priorities

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum 10 years of previous HR and/or recruiting experience Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition role Minimum 3 years of experience leading a global Talent Acquisition team Proven track record of developing branding and recruitment strategies to source and hire employees through effective screening and evaluation processes Ability to design and manage recruitment processes with appropriate degrees of consistency for a global business Demonstrated recruiting systems expertise with the capability to take a data-driven approach to strategy development and operational management Ability to build partnership and work collaboratively using strong project leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Successful experience in a global business creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices and cross-cultural differences Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others and adapt to a rapidly changing environment Ability to travel up to 15%, including international

Desired Qualifications: Strong background in technology related to talent acquisition and hiring science is preferred Experience working with Success Factors
