Dew Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Supply Manager to join our Retail OPS team. As a global leader in digital transformation, Dew Software works with Fortune 500 companies to optimize their supply chain operations. The Global Supply Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our retail partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our clients and make a significant impact on their retail operations.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to retail partners and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
