The BehavioralHealth Front Office Coordinator serves as the essential link between clientsand the wellness center, managing administrative and clerical tasks whilesupporting behavioral health services. This role involves coordinating frontoffice operations, handling client interactions, and ensuring smoothcommunication between clients, providers, and staff. The ideal candidate willhave very strong organizational skills, a compassionate approach, and a solidunderstanding of behavioral health practices. Must be 18+

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Interaction and Support:
  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for behavioral health services, managing the appointment calendar effectively.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
Administrative Duties:
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing client records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Process client intake forms, insurance information, and consent documents.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of appointments, services rendered, and client interactions.
Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the behavioral health team to support daily operations and address client needs.
  • Handle correspondence, including email and mail, related to client services and administrative functions.
Billing and Insurance:
  • Assist with the billing process, including verifying insurance eligibility, processing claims, and managing client payments.
  • Address any billing or insurance-related questions from clients and coordinate with the finance department as needed.
Office Management:
  • Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to program development and implementation as required.
