We are seeking a Professional Engineer or Engineer-In-Training on the path to licensure to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Senior Project Manager and Principal Structural Engineer in the programming, design, production of construction documents, and construction observation for architectural/engineering projects. Our primary clients are prestigious organizations such as the Department of Energy and NASA. Our projects, ranging from facility renovation designs to new facilities and infrastructure upgrades, are typically site-specific and uniquely challenging due to their location, client, and purpose.
Hard Skills
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from an ASCE/ABET accredited institution with a preferred concentration in Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer registration in the State of New Mexico or eligibility to apply
  • Ability to acquire a structural "R" designation in New Mexico
  • Structural Engineer (S.E.) license or on path to licensure
  • NCEES credential (preferred)
  • Revit: 1 year (preferred)
  • AutoCAD: 5 years (required)
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in structural analysis, design, and preparation of structural construction documents for building projects

Job Type

This is a permanent position.
Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico and some days remote.
Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid work schedule, allowing both remote work and required in-office time. Our standard work schedule is an 8-hour day, Monday to Friday. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Santa Fe, NM or Albuquerque, NM before starting work.
