About the Position:

Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for a Regional School Recruiter who will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline through sourcing efforts; while recruiting, interviewing, and placing selected candidates on contract assignments across multiple levels of positions in the assigned geographic region's portfolio of clients for the special education industry. A successful Regional School Recruiter is an exceptional communicator and great negotiator, well organized, has an eye for detail, is self-motivated, and is driven to succeed.

Epic Special Education Staffing is a high-touch staffing firm that uniquely caters to school districts across the nation to provide highly in-demand talent to support special education services, as well as other hard-to-fill specialty clinical positions needed in schools.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively source and develop talent pipelines to include building and maintaining a diverse network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that utilize an assortment of search techniques (e.g., internet mining, networking, social recruiting, advertising, employee referrals, and college relationships) to develop a slate of qualified candidates.
  • Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes, and conducting prescreening interviews by phone, in person, or via videoconferencing.
  • Build positive relationships with colleges, associations, and professional organizations within the assigned geographic region by leading or participating in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
What you bring:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or related experience.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
Salary: $70,000 Annually
