About the Position:

Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for a Regional School Recruiter who will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline through sourcing efforts; while recruiting, interviewing, and placing selected candidates on contract assignments across multiple levels of positions in the assigned geographic region's portfolio of clients for the special education industry. Epic Special Education Staffing is a high-touch staffing firm that uniquely caters to school districts across the nation to provide highly in-demand talent to support special education services, as well as other hard-to-fill specialty clinical positions needed in schools.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively source and develop talent pipelines to include building and maintaining a diverse network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that utilize an assortment of search techniques (e.g., internet mining, networking, social recruiting, advertising, employee referrals, and college relationships) to develop a slate of qualified candidates.
  • Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes, and conducting prescreening interviews by phone, in person, or via videoconferencing.
  • Build positive relationships with colleges, associations, and professional organizations within the assigned geographic region by leading or participating in networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
What you bring:
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or related experience.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
Salary: $70,000 Annually
