GET TO KNOW THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE
As the Youth Activities and Aquatics Director, you will lead a team of lifeguards, swim instructors, and coaches, ensuring the safety and success of all aquatic programs and activities at Austin Country Club. Your days will be filled with managing staff, coordinating swim meets, maintaining pool facilities, and providing outstanding customer service to our valued members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lifeguard training and CPR certification
- 3+ years of work experience in aquatic management
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and have a plan to prevent emergencies calmly and efficiently
