Aquatic Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Therapist to join our team at Community Health and Wellness LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch aquatic therapy services to individuals with disabilities throughout Texas.

• Provide one-on-one aquatic therapy sessions to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral/mental health diagnoses.
• Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients and document progress.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, service providers, and clients.
• Turn in timely documentation, including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork.

• Must be able to travel to clients' homes and transport clients during visits.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, clients, families, and the general public.
• Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance.
• Must be able to track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
• Must be able to implement patient care plans through home and community goal-related activities.

• CTRS or TRS/TXC or LMT certification
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)
• Basic Water Rescue and/or Lifeguard Training
• Social Security Card
• Driver's License
• Auto Insurance (with 100/300/100 coverage minimum)
• Professional Liability Insurance (with $1 million/$3 million coverage limit)
