We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This role will provide essential support across two locations, offering coaching and counseling to employees, managing employee benefits discussions, and assisting with recruiting, onboarding, resume reviews, and phone screenings. Key responsibilities include supporting payroll approval, strategizing on employee retention and engagement, implementing employee satisfaction surveys and development plans, handling hiring and termination processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing employee relations issues and investigations. Collaboration with an employee relations broker is also a part of this role.

Hard Skills

+ Employee relations experience

+ Strong knowledge of benefits

+ 2+ years experience in the Human Resources field

+ Familiar with HRIS systems.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day of remote work per week. Working hours are flexible, either from 7-4 or 8-5, and the role includes a personal office.
