The Customer Service Representative supports customers along with the plant manager and district sales managers to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. On a regular basis, this position will contact accounts and build relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities for this position include coordinating files, answering incoming phone calls, ordering office supplies, and sending/receiving mail and freight packages. Responsibilities: Utilizing Axapta software for printing paperwork, labels, picking tickets, and sales receipts. Entering data and importing orders into the computer system. Generating BOLs using Rate Linx and contacting carriers to schedule pick-ups. Confirming order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers. Working with the XQ system to generate quotes, orders, and cut lists for accounts. Qualifications: One year of office experience, preferred. One year of sales experience, preferred.
