We're on the lookout for new Quality Manager to join our hybrid team. If you are a motivated, results-driven individual who loves coordinating and executing complex projects, this role might be a great fit. As our Quality Manager, you will coordinate and manage projects to improve patient outcomes throughout the health system. You'll lead regional teams that conduct chart reviews, gather data to create reports to present to leadership bodies, collaboratively create standardized processes, develop training, and drive results. This role does require participation in occasional early morning or evening meetings.

What you can expect from this role:

  • Full-time Days (Mon-Fri) hybrid (office/remote)
  • No nights, weekends, or St. Lukes observed holidays
  • Boldly engage and lead diverse groups to drive and resolve opportunities for improvement
  • Lead common thread analysis to isolate vulnerable populations and identify meaningful process improvement
  • Transform clinical information into easy-to-understand narratives that drive change
  • Design, executes, and monitors action plans at site, region, and system levels to ensure accountability and benefits realization
  • Collect, review, and report on outcomes and processes relevant to the specific quality program project
  • Detect when workflows are driving certain outcomes
  • Develop educational materials for direct care staff throughout all areas of the health system
  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to implement sustaining and systemic performance improvement strategies

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 6 years relevant experience (i.e. clinical chart review experience; project management and/or performance improvement experience); must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Licenses/Certifications: RN license in state of practice
