Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Program Manager to join our team. This role is open to US Citizens ONLY. This position is onsite in Boise, ID, with the some telework possible.

The ideal candidate will oversee the strategic planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of key program initiatives across all 54 states/territories and the District of Columbia (DC), in collaboration with senior leaders and the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The National Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring program success through effective coordination, evaluation, and improvement of multiple complex programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

  • A combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered
  • Lead the strategic planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of national program initiatives
  • Monitor program progress against execution plans, metrics, and desired outcomes.
  • Identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enhance program performance
  • Manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise the Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Financial Analyst, and National Training Manager positions within the contract
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the program team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability in program/project coordination with 5-7 years of experience in disciplines such as education/training, organizational development, project management, or implementation science
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners to achieve strategic goals
  • Proficiency in monitoring and evaluating program outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Willingness to travel as required by the position

Education:

  • Master's degree preferred in program development and management, human development, organizational leadership, project management, or a related field

Salary: Commensurate with experience
