REPORTS TO: Rental Homes Division Manager
LOCATION: Kennesaw, GA
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Overview:
This position will perform various administrative duties for the Rental Homes Division.

Essential Functions:
  • Answer incoming phone calls to the Rental Home Division from customers and subcontractors
  • Respond to emails
  • Call the residents of occupied units to schedule appointments for the estimators and the flooring installations
  • Input work orders Daily
  • Upload and scan work orders into the billing department for processing
  • Upload subcontractor completion pictures to the google drive daily
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior administrative/business experience
  • Accurate with data entry
  • Proficient with Google Drive, Google Sheets / Docs
  • Able to prioritize duties and complete tasks within a timely manner
  • Flexible, able to multi-task
  • Able to communicate clearly both written and verbally and possess good phone etiquettes
  • Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
