Help Desk Technician

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a help desk technician to join their team for a contract assignment.

This role is deskside and phone support for IT incidents and requests.
Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating system (Win10, Win11, Windows Services), (macOS / Linux beneficial)
  • Experience with remote desktop tools andremote support software
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, etc
  • Understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP; DNS; DHCP and VPN.
  • Active Directory tools and manage users accounts, groups, permissions.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
