Our client, a dynamic manufacturing and distribution organization committed to delivering high-quality products and services to their customers, has engaged us on a search for a Senior Director of IT. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, our client is poised for significant growth and expansion.

Role Overview:

As Senior Director of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's technology landscape and driving strategic initiatives, including the implementation of an ERP system and an eCommerce platform. You will lead a talented team of IT professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the ERP implementation project, from vendor selection to post-implementation support. Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive eCommerce strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives. Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and service providers to support IT initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (7-10+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a focus on project management and strategic planning. Extensive experience leading ERP implementations. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
