As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, define testing strategies, and implement best practices to maintain high standards. Working closely with product, developers and other stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement in our QA processes, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust software solutions. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking. What You'll Do Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and best practices. Lead and mentor a team of manual QA engineers to enhance testing strategies. Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for manual testing. Serve as QA tester for Scrum team Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and DevOps teams to align testing efforts with product requirements and release schedules. Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with test automation team to align on coverage and test design Validate automated tests, execute and monitor automated test runs Lead and implement performance testing Drive Agile testing practices, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes within Agile development cycles to enhance product quality and delivery speed (Fast Tempo, High Quality) Continuously analyze and enhance QA processes for better efficiency and effectiveness. Report key quality metrics to leadership and provide insights for improvement. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and processes Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright) Experience with performance testing (JMeter) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD processes. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring rapid development cycles without compromising software excellence. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Strong understanding of software development and release management processes.
