As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead our testing team to ensure the highest quality of Jeeves's products. Your expertise will drive best practices in manual testing, test automation, execution, and management, helping us achieve impeccable product quality.

Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor the testing team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Implement industry best practices for testing methods and tools.
  • Identify areas for quality improvement and execute strategies for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to align with product roadmap delivery schedules.
  • Work with leadership to define and track objectives and key results for the quality assurance team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development testing.
  • A solid understanding of various QA tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation using frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
  • Experience in testing SaaS applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
