About This Role The Director, Quality Assurance owns the execution of long-term Quality Assurance strategy and operational direction for Carrier’s Commercial HVAC business. The role sets strategies and develops projects and processes to ensure continuous quality improvement. It partners with key leadership and stakeholders including engineering, the factory, suppliers, and the field, providing guidance and leadership across the organization to achieve Quality goals. Key Responsibilities Establishes and implements long‑term quality strategy, including plans, guidelines, policies, and processes, to achieve quality targets. Leads development of organizational projects and processes to continuously improve overall quality. Leads a team that collects and analyzes quality information from multiple sources to develop long‑term strategies and programs. Leads a team providing production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met, and makes recommendations for quality improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of installation quality experience for a field‑based business. Travel 40%. Preferred Qualifications HVAC and software service experience. Factory production quality experience. Collaborative and bias for action. Able to influence and drive change. Customer‑centric and solution oriented. Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
