This position contributes to Samuel Engineering, Inc.'s (SE's) business development, marketing, and project development strategies by ensuring "no one lets the ball drop," assisting the team members in presenting an excellent brand to our clients and target markets.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSIndustry event planning and coordination; including organizing events, booths, tradeshows, college fairs, etc., coordinating participants at events, event set-up and tear-down, registrations and logistics.Responsible to attend weekly Project Development meetings, take notes in these meetings, and provide a summary of action items to relevant participants.General internal company meeting coordination, including setting up meetings according to calendar availability, sending invites, hosting web meetings, preparing Agendas and other meeting materials, coordinating with the administrative team for food and beverages and client/guest welcomes, and preparing conference room.Learn SE's potential services, history, methods of execution and past projects.Help prepare and distribute relevant marketing materials (brochures, SOQ, project sheets, etc) to current and potential Clients.Upload Social Media posts and understand social media analytics, learn SEO capabilities, and assist with website updates.Attend occasional industry events, client meetings, conferences, site trips, etc.Encourage a "winning culture" within SE -one characterized by high morale, positive thinking and a "can do" attitude; consistent with SE's Mission of "We Provide Solutions." Maintain a positive attitude at all times amongst clients, vendors, peers and internal SE team members.
