We are currently seeking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing customer relationships to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all sales activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Handling and resolving client complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and customer service in field related to industrial electrical construction - 5 year minimum required
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to demonstrate rapport with current clients and build rapport with new clients
Proven record of success with the sales process from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
