Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Responsible for optimization of organization design, leadership assessment & development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify key business focus areas & prioritize to improve functional and company performance to achieve highest impact.
  • Influence & drive talent strategies to impact business outcomes.
  • Lead key talent transformation / change initiatives that have the highest business impact. Partner with key business stakeholders across the world to drive highest organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead & successfully execute talent strategies across Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, Leadership roles for the future (e.g. workforce strategy, best cost site, competencies).
  • Own, drive, advise and coach business through the annual talent processes around performance, total rewards, promotions, bonus, annual pay, talent assessment & development, succession planning, engagement, etc.
  • Leverage HR analytics to advise business leaders on key people metrics such as retention, total rewards, engagement, and diversity related outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR peers globally as well as COE leaders to design solutions for functional challenges.
  • Drive people-related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills, and offer thought-leadership regarding organizational/people-related strategy and execution.

  • Improved Business performance with focus on impact especially productivity, cost and growth.
  • Organizational effectiveness (structure, role clarity, capability mix, cost).
  • Leadership effectiveness (quality of hires, succession plans, development plans, 3-year roadmap progress, leadership index).
  • Drive global talent programs focused on impact.
  • Efficient workforce planning keeping time, cost and quality targets into consideration
  • Functional Talent assessment and development for key roles.
Key Year One Deliverables:
  • Partner with the Functional Leaders to determine the right operating model, design, enable and measure effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product Management Leaders to institutionalize Product Management operating model and help Product Management Leaders set operating governance.
  • Ensure proper organizational health & hygiene (i.e., optimal organization design/ structure, span & layer, return to work etc.) is in place for respective functions as measured by Technical Center Operating reviews (TCOR).
Technical Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience driving culture building initiatives.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment.
  • Experience working with C Suite and Business Leaders.
  • Experience in strategic business partnering for a global engineering or development organization.
  • Experience in supporting an organization that is experiencing global growth.
  • Experience in organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, business consulting, coaching and development, talent management, data analysis, and diversity and inclusion.
  • High levels of business acumen and insight (including knowledge of various strategic, financial, and operational business models).
