Job Title: Firmware Test Engineer

Job Description

We seek a Firmware Test Engineer Engineer to create, execute, and report comprehensive test plans, scripts, and coverage matrices for our systems. You will automate verification scripts, ensuring they run in a CI environment, and enhance and maintain the automation framework. Your role involves building various simulators to support sustainable automation setups, performing exploratory tests on new and existing products, and evaluating and updating existing test plans and test cases. Additionally, you will support the development of the manufacturing test tool framework and work closely with managers and leads to manage software quality risks.

Hard Skills

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

+ 5 years of experience in Embedded application development or testing

+ Proficiency in Python with a focus on writing automation frameworks and test scripts

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pleasanton, California.

Work Environment

5 days onsite, highly collaborating with cross-functional teams.
