Job Title: Firmware Test Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Firmware Test Engineer to develop, implement, and document detailed testing strategies, scripts, and coverage matrices for our embedded systems. Your responsibilities will include automating verification scripts to ensure they operate effectively within a Continuous Integration (CI) environment, as well as enhancing and maintaining the automation framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for both new and existing products.
  • Create various simulators to facilitate sustainable automation processes.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve product quality.
  • Review and update existing test plans and test cases to align with current standards.
  • Assist in the development of the manufacturing test tool framework.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team leads to mitigate software quality risks.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded application development or testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, particularly in writing automation frameworks and test scripts.
