Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for generating accurate and timely customer invoices.
Verify customer work order requests to ensure work was completed in full.
Prepare customer invoices according to completed work order(s).
Process daily billing system information.
Check for errors daily and review any discrepancies with the customer.
Maintain communication with other departments to obtain customer information and/or to correct customer transactions.
Research and resolve problems.
Ensure customers are informed of company billing policies and procedures.
Ensure company policies & procedures are followed.
Deliver quality service to our customers every time.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Attend meetings and training as scheduled
Maintain the Companys professional reputation
Keep the work area clean and secure
Ensure safety guidelines are followed
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Good math skills
Strong customer service skills
Detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability
Computer proficiency
Prior billing experience preferred
