You will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across all our event activities. This position requires leadership, coaching, and management of a diverse team of professionals. This position will have direct influence over the team members who report directly to the position and influence the team members in the broader Marketing Communications department. This position will require a demonstrated understanding of fundamental concepts and execution of internal and external customer events to ensure all teams are in sync regarding their roles and expectations as well as an undeniable support to all teams in creating, developing, and delivering impactful customer experiences. About You *A passionate and results-oriented leader with a minimum of 7 years of experience successfully managing trade shows, conferences, and large internal events (e.g., national sales meetings) for a medical device or related B2B company. *Proven ability to deliver white-glove service, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for all attendees, internal and external. *An expert in the trade show and event landscape, with a keen understanding of how these activities integrate with the broader marketing and sales strategy. *A strategic thinker who can conceptualize, plan, and execute trade shows as key touchpoints within the customer's multi-channel journey with BioMerieux. *Demonstrated experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing logistics with meticulous attention to detail. *A strong communicator with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team of event professionals.
