Communicates timely, expert-level analyses and program details to both internal and external audiences through staff meetings, speaking engagements, internet content, reports, and briefing materials. This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Supervisory International Trade Specialist (DHA) GS-1140-15 positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
