You Have:
2+ years of experience working in contemporary social science and public health field

2+ years of experience in consulting, working in a military environment, or with Federal government clients
Experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of people and culture, such as EO, civil rights, and DEIA policies and programs
Ability to translate data into clear, readable documents to be utilized by both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to be a self-starter, effectively manage competing priorities, and thrive in a changing, fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Ability to provide samples of reports, briefings, or other work products to demonstrate writing and information organization skills
Bachelor’s degree in a Policy and Social Science

Experience creating reports, information papers, briefing decks, and other products for senior leader audiences
Experience conducting compliance assessments and other detail oriented analyses
