That’s why we need you, a management consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management consultant on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s

current

structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with leadership. You Have: 3 years of experience working in a professional federal government environment Experience managing data calls, analyzing conference request submissions, and coordinating conference requests with senior leadership Experience with project management including preparing and analyzing plans and specific reports, identifying best practices, evaluating

documents Experience performing gap analyses of existing DOJ

policies

and procedures Experience providing Helpdesk support Knowledge of developing and maintaining databases, formats,

or

vehicles for gathering, tracking, and reporting conferences and costs Ability to quickly develop quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc conference reports and review requirements and deliverables for process improvement Ability to effectively communicate to senior leadership, conference coordi nato rs, and stakeholders, pay strict attention to detail for conference reporting requirements, and prioritize and independently manage a vast workload Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Nice If You Have: Experience supporting the U. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
