You will
Calculate and distribute monthly incentive reports to office managers for eligible employeesComplete training of ALC’s commission software,Distribute monthly incentive payout calculations to HR by the monthly deadlineGenerate monthly performance metrics and reports for ALC’s incentive programAssist other members of the Finance Department in completing tasks for monthly financial close process in accordance with company’s period close calendarAudit and allocate monthly Momentum, DAT, Macropoint, Lyft, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Syncada, Indeed and other assigned AP invoicesManage and maintain the Wireless Lines RecordWork together with other members of the Finance Department as a cohesive and coordinated team.Maintain confidentiality of informationDeliver exceptional customer serviceUphold the company standard following the company principles of Customer, Company, OfficeSkills and Experience
