Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions for borrowers and lenders
  • Negotiating financing transactions, including senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financings, and loan workouts
  • Providing expert advice on debt finance matters to clients
  • Working closely with clients to understand their debt finance needs and develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in debt finance, preferably in a law firm or financial institution
  • Strong knowledge of debt finance laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leveraged finance experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions
  • Experience working with private equity funds and corporate borrowers
