Program Manager, Emerging Talent

The Emerging Talent Team is looking for a skilled Program Manager to run a Certificate Program. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the program. This includes coordinating curriculum delivery, facilitating the mentorship program, organizing agency immersion days, creating and managing the agency apprenticeship program, and ensuring the successful execution of professional development opportunities.

The Program Manager will work closely with the company, a College, industry professionals, and agency partners to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience for participating students.

In this role, you will: Coordinate curriculum delivery across Foundational coursework, providing immersive experiences in entertainment marketing, design, editing, illustration, and digital media creation. Offer holistic support services to students, including academic advisement, career guidance, and access to health and wellness resources. Facilitate mentorship pairings between students and industry professionals, fostering personalized guidance and professional development. Organize Agency Immersion Days to offer students firsthand exposure to agency life, culture, and creative processes, fostering valuable industry connections. Manage Learning Labs, providing industry insights, technical training, and resume/portfolio building workshops led by agency partners. Coordinate team-based campaign projects, allowing students to showcase their talents to industry professionals. Facilitate specialized coursework tailored to student tracks (design, editing, or illustration), equipping them with advanced skills and industry-relevant knowledge. Manage logistics for the six-month paid apprenticeship at selected agency partners, ensuring fellows receive mentorship and hands-on experience. Create program structure (goals, expectations, check-ins) Research and resource agency partners Train agency partners Ensure program compliance with agency partners, including mandatory attendance at events and offering paid internships to fellows. Facilitate additional programming for students, providing networking, skill-building, and professional growth opportunities. Organize graduation ceremonies and celebrations to honor student achievements and foster industry connections. Responsible for the development of end of term and final program reportings and implementation of learnings ongoing.

: A champion for inclusion and diversity and have experience working with underrepresented populations and students Someone who demonstrates excellent EQ and an empathetic communication style that fosters connection, collaboration, and confidence A strong program manager with experience driving measurable programs and initiatives with clear participant outcomes Able to independently prioritize workload and lead multiple projects at once Skilled at establishing relationships at all internal organizational levels Familiar with the logistics of academic administration Student-Centric in your approach with a passion for coaching, advising, and motivating Proactive; taking initiative and follow-through is a must

Compensation: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour
